Answers to common questions about online coaching, customization, support, nutrition, injuries, and what to expect when working with Jordan.
Common Questions
Who is this coaching program for?
This program is designed for adults who want to get stronger, move better, improve body composition, and build long-term health with a structured, personalized approach.
It is a good fit for busy professionals, adults looking to improve mobility and reduce aches or pains, and anyone who wants expert guidance without relying on generic workouts or short-term fixes.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up, the process begins with onboarding and an initial assessment. Jordan gathers information about your goals, training history, lifestyle, schedule, available equipment, and any injuries or limitations.
From there, your personalized program is created and delivered through the coaching app so you can begin with a clear plan and the support to follow through.
Is the program personalized or is it a generic workout plan?
Every program is fully personalized. Your workouts are built around your current fitness level, goals, injuries or limitations, available equipment, schedule, and lifestyle.
This is not a pre-made template or one-size-fits-all plan. The coaching is designed around you.
Do I need access to a gym?
No. Programs can be designed for a full gym, a home gym, minimal equipment, or bodyweight-only training.
Your plan is built around whatever setup you have available, so the coaching fits your reality instead of forcing you into an ideal scenario.
What if I have injuries, joint pain, or physical limitations?
That is extremely common, and it is part of why personalization matters. Exercises can be selected and modified based on your needs, limitations, and injury history.
Whether you are dealing with back pain, knee issues, shoulder problems, or movement restrictions, the goal is to help you build strength safely and intelligently.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes. Nutrition guidance is designed to support your goals and fit your lifestyle.
Depending on your needs, that may include calorie and macro guidance, meal structure suggestions, sustainable habit building, and practical strategies for eating well with a busy schedule.
The focus is simple, sustainable nutrition support rather than extreme dieting.
How often do we communicate?
Coaching includes regular communication through the app, plus a weekly 30-minute virtual check-in to review progress, discuss challenges, and make adjustments.
Messaging support is available during the week so you are not left guessing or trying to figure everything out on your own.
How is progress tracked?
Progress can be tracked in several ways depending on your goals, including strength improvements, consistency, body composition changes, movement quality, energy levels, and how you feel physically day to day.
The goal is not just short-term scale changes. It is real, measurable progress that supports long-term health and performance.
How long does it take to see results?
That depends on your starting point, consistency, and goals, but many clients notice improvements in strength, energy, mobility, and confidence within the first few weeks.
Bigger physical changes and long-term habit changes build over time. The focus is steady, sustainable progress rather than fast but temporary results.
What if I travel or miss workouts?
Real life happens. Programs can be adjusted for travel, changing schedules, and periods when life gets busy.
The goal is not perfection. It is consistency over time, with coaching that adapts when needed so you can keep moving forward.
Is there a long-term contract?
Coaching is typically structured on a monthly basis. A minimum 3-month commitment is recommended because meaningful progress and lasting habit change take time.
After that, coaching can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
What makes Renovate My Body different?
Renovate My Body is built around personalization, simplicity, and long-term results.
Instead of handing you a generic plan and hoping for the best, Jordan builds your coaching around your body, goals, lifestyle, limitations, and stage of life. The focus is on getting stronger, moving better, and creating habits that support your health for years to come.
What if I still have questions before signing up?
That is completely fine. If you want to make sure the coaching is the right fit, reach out before applying.
You can also start with a Strategy Session if you want a one-on-one conversation, a full assessment, and a clear plan for next steps.
