This is not a generic workout plan or a one-size-fits-all template. Your coaching is built around your goals, lifestyle, training background, available equipment, and any injuries or limitations so you always know what to do and why you are doing it.

How Coaching Works

Onboarding & Assessment
We begin by learning about your goals, training background, lifestyle, schedule, and any injuries or limitations so your coaching starts with the full picture. -
Custom Program Creation
A personalized training and lifestyle plan is created specifically for you and delivered through our mobile coaching app. -
App-Based Coaching
Your workouts, habits, communication, and progress are all organized inside one simple system so you always know what to do next. -
Weekly Strategy Sessions
Each week we meet virtually for a 30-minute check-in to review your progress, work through challenges, and set goals for the upcoming week.
Communication & Support
Open communication is encouraged through the coaching app for questions, feedback, and support throughout the week.
- Messaging support is available Monday through Friday.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for responses, though most messages are answered within a few hours during the week.
- The goal is to give you structure, accountability, and real support—not leave you guessing on your own.
Commitment
We generally recommend a 3-month commitment to allow enough time for meaningful progress and lasting habit change.
Coaching is billed monthly and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice by email or in-app message.
